Purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from them with 68k miles ($14k) on it. No, I didn't purchase a warranty. At 80k miles the transmission and axel broke, they quoted me almost $8k to get rhe behicle back running. I have only owned this vehicle a couple of months. When j had the vehicle towed more than one employee of Asheboro Nissan said "yeah those rogues just have terrible transmissions, that's why replacements only have a 36 month warranty" funny that wasn't mentioned at the sale of the vehicle. Purchased a vehicle that had several internal and external cosmetic issues. Was promised it would be take care of...and a few things weren't. Have yet to receive a call to see if anything can be resolved. I was promised I would be a "happy" customer. Vehicle was purchased...another sale was made (under false pretenses...false advertisement)...that's another story for another day. Wish I could leave a better review...but can't...still disappointed and unsatisfied.

Bought a car from Kirk 3 weeks ago as is. After 2 weeks my SRS airbag urgent notice comes on. Call Kirk on Thursday afternoon to see if they could help in any way with the $1700 repair cost. Kirk said he would talk to his manager and call me on Friday but never did. When I called him back he claims his manager is gone but will be back in Sat. Kirk states he will call me on Monday. Recently bought a Nissan Rogue. My salesman, Kirk Lewis, was energetic as well as honest and encouraging. First car I have ever bought and they were most considerate and didn't rush me in the process. It's a newer model than I'm used to, but I'm sure the car and I will "learn together". Thanks to Kirk for all the laughs.
Worked with the service department multiple times. Poorly trained technicians unable to even diagnose correctly. Worse, the owner Chris L spends his days just trolling customer reviews and insinuating people have poor credit. Completely unprofessional.
I had a window get stuck half-way down & after contacting the service department and they got me in within the week. The part needed for repair was discontinued from Nissan but they found an aftermarket replacement & got it late the same day. The service tech did a great job installing the part, finishing as they were closing. I paid the bill minutes after closing.

Bought a 2017 Murano on a rainy Saturday 12/31/22. Returned it 1/02/23 due to excessive smoke at start up on 1/01/2023.(Blown head gasket). Dealership doesn't agree to buy the vehicle back or properly repair but wants me to buy another vehicle paying $5000.00 more...Who does that?
Up front and transparent. All questions answered before I made the hour long drive to this dealer. They were worth the drive.
Trying to get service done is a nightmare. Spoke directly with service manager to finally make an appointment, service department not aware of the appointment. Manager said he would have them check to see if something was covered under the warranty, they knew nothing about it. Wish we weren’t stuck dealing with this place, never again.
11-10-2022 - I was looking for a used Infiniti QX80 for months online. I finally found what I was looking for at Asheboro Nissan (good price). The sales team was excellent, the GM was fair during negotiations, and I purchased the SUV from the dealership. Well, the actual service was done correctly and affordably. BUT, cost me much more with items (Center counsel bag with Garmin, cell Charger/cable, and Oakleys) taken from my truck. I Will not be returning. Should have taken everything out of my truck, but figured with the reviews that this would be a reputable business. Instead, I had personal items stolen from me.
Such a wonderful car purchasing experience! The entire team (Stacy, Jacob, A.J. and Blayne) was extremely gracious! There was never any "pressure to purchase"! Everyone was so personable and helpful. We can highly recommend the Asheboro Nissan team for your next automotive purchase!

The car was listed on CarGurus at $25,499. I asked for the lowest price and was told $25,499. I asked for the out the door price and details before I decided to drive 3.5 hours to get the car. I was responded to much later in the day and informed that the price on CarGurus was wrong. The out the door price was $32,198. Funny how the history of the vehicle pricing on CarGurus indicates all kinds of up and down pricing over the past year including a price drop to $25,499 a few months ago. They have always had an appointment when I needed one at a time I could make. There is coffee and vending machines available, the wait is short and the team will explain everything they are going to service and again after the service they explain what they found. The question about who I would trust about servicing doesn't have an "all" answer. I'd trust the sales person, finance team, and service team with the service on my car.
Recently, I visited Asheboro Nissan looking for a new car. Blayne Dixon, a sales consultant, was straight forward when it came to all of my questions. I could tell right away that he had my best interest and was trying to make sure I got a good deal. If you’re looking for a vehicle, you should stop by Asheboro Nissan and speak to Blayne because he will work his hardest to get you what you need.
On 11/19/16, because of living nearly in Virginia, I spoke by phone to a salesman (Chuck) at the Asheboro Nissan dealership conserning a 2007 Toyota Highlander that was listed on line for $13,000. After breifly speaking to Chuck and explaned to him where we were coming from I was ensured that the vehicle was in excelent condition. When your salesman looks bored and spits dip down his shirt and at your feet, you immediately want to leave. We asked questions that were answered by Google since he didn't know. We got as far as sitting down and negotiating price and he was more concerned about proving a point than actually listening to the customer. Lots of complaint with this dealership. I advise NOT TO EVER EVER have them do anything to your vehicle or buy one. Went to get first oil change on my Nissan Titan mechanic left old oil gasket on and put a new filter on double gasgeting. Drove the truck out around the parking lot noticed the oil pouring out and drove it all the way back to the bay. All the oil leaked out. I feel they owe me a new Titan or 14k. Asheboro Nissan has an excellent Service Department!! They are very friendly and I never feel like they are giving me the runaround or charging me for unnecessary repairs. The staff always ask if you need anything while waiting and once they even drove me home and offered to bring the car to me once it was fixed!!! They will definitely keep me coming back.
I tried the big dealers in High Point and Greensboro and they didn't care if I got a car or not.
