Asheboro Nissan was founded August 1, 1988 at 503 N. Fayetteville Street. The building was constructed in the 1940's and was the home first to Studebaker, then DeSoto, then Chrysler-Plymouth until 1978, when Datsun (Nissan) was established in Asheboro.
The owners already had extensive experience in automotive retail operations and manufacturing/marketing. Their belief in customer service enabled Asheboro Nissan to quickly become the top volume dealership in the area, and the company has won numerous awards from Nissan Motor Corporation.
In February, 2005 the dealership moved to state-of-the-art facilities on Route 64 beside the Randolph Mall, where their loyal customer base continues to grow.
